We Provide both Engine and Suspension services for all facets of Off-road Motorcycling as well as being a distributor for HGS Exhausts and Haan Wheels. We have over 20 years in the Motorcycle industry as well as being a mechanic on the World, European and British Motocross circuits.
On returning to New Zealand we have worked closely with Altherm JCR Yamaha Motocross team and this relationship has continued to help us develop our suspension set ups and products to a championship proven level.

We can rebuild all brands of Off-road Motorcycle engines, 2 or 4 stroke. We strip and inspect your motor before putting the crankcases, cylinder and head through our Ultrasonic cleaner. We then rebuild it with your choice of parts whether it be OEM or aftermarket parts from Wossner, Vertex, or Wiseco. We do all our own Crankshaft rebuilding/truing and use a reputable machining company for all our engine machining needs. We reassemble your engine using quality Motul oil products and then all Motorcycles are test ridden to ensure optimum performance.
We can carry out your routine Engine servicing whether it be an oil change, Valve clearance adjustment or Cleaning and tuning your Carburettor. Proper and regular servicing will ensure that your Motorcycle is reliable and always working at its best for your next ride.

At Moto-Tec we can do everything from servicing to setting up your suspension to your requirements using some of the best products in the market.
Your suspension gets a thorough clean in our ultrasonic bath before being completely stripped and inspected. We will prep your fork inner tubes or shock shaft to prolong seal life and replace all required parts. We use only quality products from companies like K-Tech, SKF, MX-Tech and KYB and all are at very competitive prices. Your suspension will be reassembled using high quality Motul Lubricants and all shocks are bled using our Race Tech vacuum bleeder.
After discussing your requirements we will set up your suspension using components that best compliment your requirements. We also a variety of upgrade products to further enhance your suspension performance. From the MX-Tech Huck Valve to Kashima Coated Outer tubes or a set of KYB “A” Kit PSF Forks we can supply the parts and expertise to optimize your suspensions performance.
